Everything you need to know about placements, support, and life at
Connections Sanctuary.
Yes, we are part of the same growing company. However, while these organisations are part of the same establishment, Connections Sanctuary Supported Living operates as a separate entity with its own dedicated team and services.
We support looked after children, care leavers, and vulnerable young people who may experience mental health needs, neurodiversity, homelessness risk, or placement instability. Support is always matched to needs and suitability.
We provide person-centred care plans, key worker support, structured routines, emotional wellbeing support, education and life skills encouragement, safeguarding oversight, and multi-agency working with professionals.
Support frequency depends on the individual plan. Our services operate with consistent staffing and supervision, with support reviewed regularly to ensure it remains appropriate.
Yes. Young people are involved in care planning and reviews wherever possible, with choices respected and support adapted to goals, strengths, and preferences.
We follow robust safeguarding policies, risk assessments, staff training, safer recruitment, and regular quality monitoring. We also work closely with relevant professionals and local authorities.
We review support plans regularly and whenever needs change. We can increase structure, involve specialist input, and coordinate multi-agency meetings to ensure the right support is in place.
Our placements team responds promptly and works collaboratively to ensure safe, suitable, and sustainable placements.
